Classes begin on Thursday; freshmen partake in many events this week
Monday was the first day the residence halls were open to students moving in, including most of the freshman class. The freshman class consists of 2,268 students. According to the Registrar’s website, the colleges of Business and Economics and Letters and Sciences dominate the landscape of the freshman class.
Associate Professor Max White has been teaching Printmaking and 2-D Design at UW-Whitewater since 2000. In April, her printmaking students showed hundreds of prints made under her tutelage at the Whitewater Cultural Arts Center.
